Narrative:
The supervisor was working local control 4 and ground control 4 together. A B737 was on a missed approach due to traffic on runway 16 at den. We were in the midst of changing runways. He was advised of this by the controller in charge, but he still climbed the missed approach in someone else's airspace without first coordinating with approach control who owned it.
