Narrative:
Our flight was cleared for takeoff. I was PF using HUD. First officer was PNF. Applied takeoff power with all conditions normal. At about 85 KTS, the master caution lights. The door annunciator and forward entry door lights illuminated. I made the decision to abort and noticed speed at 94 KTS. Rejected takeoff brakes applied with full reverse, too. I told first officer to tell tower and roll the arff equipment. After disengaging rejected takeoff brakes, I elected to taxi off runway and stop on taxiway with brakes unparked. Arff personnel said brakes and tires looked good but noticed fluid draining under fuselage aft of nose gear. Thanked arff crew. First officer called operations and maintenance to inspect forward entry door and fluid so we taxied back to gate. Maintenance determined forward entry door handle not fully locked and handled vibrated up during takeoff causing caution light to illuminate. Fluid was moisture buildup from packs which was forced out the pack intakes during abort. All checked normal. We resumed taxi for uneventful takeoff and flight to ord.

Title: A B737 CREW, DEPARTING LAX, REJECTED THE TKOF DUE TO A FORWARD ENTRY DOOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATING.
Narrative: OUR FLT WAS CLRED FOR TKOF. I WAS PF USING HUD. FO WAS PNF. APPLIED TKOF PWR WITH ALL CONDITIONS NORMAL. AT ABOUT 85 KTS, THE MASTER CAUTION LIGHTS. THE DOOR ANNUNCIATOR AND FORWARD ENTRY DOOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. I MADE THE DECISION TO ABORT AND NOTICED SPD AT 94 KTS. REJECTED TKOF BRAKES APPLIED WITH FULL REVERSE, TOO. I TOLD FO TO TELL TWR AND ROLL THE ARFF EQUIP. AFTER DISENGAGING REJECTED TKOF BRAKES, I ELECTED TO TAXI OFF RWY AND STOP ON TXWY WITH BRAKES UNPARKED. ARFF PERSONNEL SAID BRAKES AND TIRES LOOKED GOOD BUT NOTICED FLUID DRAINING UNDER FUSELAGE AFT OF NOSE GEAR. THANKED ARFF CREW. FO CALLED OPS AND MAINT TO INSPECT FORWARD ENTRY DOOR AND FLUID SO WE TAXIED BACK TO GATE. MAINT DETERMINED FORWARD ENTRY DOOR HANDLE NOT FULLY LOCKED AND HANDLED VIBRATED UP DURING TKOF CAUSING CAUTION LIGHT TO ILLUMINATE. FLUID WAS MOISTURE BUILDUP FROM PACKS WHICH WAS FORCED OUT THE PACK INTAKES DURING ABORT. ALL CHKED NORMAL. WE RESUMED TAXI FOR UNEVENTFUL TKOF AND FLT TO ORD.
