Narrative:

We were in cruise flight at FL210 when we got a TA on the TCASII. We looked for the traffic and did not get visual contact when the TCASII gave us an RA to climb. We disconnected the autoplt, and immediately climbed to FL215. I notified ZTL and controller apologized and said it got busy and forgot to alert us of the traffic (a learjet) passing off our left.
