Narrative:
We hit clear air turbulence. The plane was violently jolted for about 10 seconds. Captain said nothing showed on radar. All 3 flight attendants in first class were on the floor. I was thrown against wall in galley (hit right shoulder), then knees buckled and I hit the floor. My hands were full and I threw the wing bottle and tray on the floor, then stood up to hold onto a handle. I've seen a doctor, taking anti-inflammatory medication, have mri on monday to see if something is torn. Cannot lift things overhead now -- painful.
