Narrative:
I was working in the aisle when we encountered turbulence. The jolt caused my right knee to give out. Later during the flight my right knee started to swell causing great pain. I needed medical attention when our trip returned to base.

Title: B777 FLT ATTENDANT SUFFERED AN INJURED KNEE WHEN TURB WAS ENCOUNTERED DURING CRUISE.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING IN THE AISLE WHEN WE ENCOUNTERED TURB. THE JOLT CAUSED MY R KNEE TO GIVE OUT. LATER DURING THE FLT MY R KNEE STARTED TO SWELL CAUSING GREAT PAIN. I NEEDED MEDICAL ATTN WHEN OUR TRIP RETURNED TO BASE.
