Narrative:
My operation was a part 135 operating for a contract. Somehow, I and other pilots and 3 a&P mechanics missed the fuel filter replacement schedule on the computer printout sheet for our aircraft replacement. The incident was on a replacement aircraft which was assigned to our base. The fuel filter was scheduled to be replaced at 900 hours which was first overflown at the xa base. When we received the aircraft, we all looked at the paperwork and could not find anything coming due. We continued to fly the aircraft and it was found in january that the fuel filter was overflown. The fuel filter was replaced and aircraft was placed back in service. The computer sheets are being revised to make them more easily read. My involvement in this incident was approximately 12 days.
