Narrative:
Flight attendant's heard a whipping sound (sharp cracking sound) and suddenly were thrown to the right side of aircraft. Shortly after that, there was turbulence. The sound was heard in the aft part of the aircraft. Specifically the galley area. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the airplane was in cruise when the noise and aircraft movement occurred throwing the cabin attendants across the cabin attendant to the right side. The reporter said the flight crew was advised of this event and were unaware of the unwanted motion. The reporter said the flight crew contacted the maintenance controller and described the event and advised to entere a logbook report. The reporter stated on arrival at ZZZ the airplane was taken out of service and a stress test performed. The reporter said the aircraft was put back into service the next day.

Title: AN AIRBUS 300 CAB ATTENDANT IN CHARGE RPTS IN CRUISE HEARING A WHIPPING SOUND (SHARP CRACKING SOUND) THEN SIMULTANEOUSLY BEING THROWN ACROSS THE CABIN TO RIGHT SIDE OF THE ACFT.
Narrative: FA'S HEARD A WHIPPING SOUND (SHARP CRACKING SOUND) AND SUDDENLY WERE THROWN TO THE R SIDE OF ACFT. SHORTLY AFTER THAT, THERE WAS TURB. THE SOUND WAS HEARD IN THE AFT PART OF THE ACFT. SPECIFICALLY THE GALLEY AREA. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE AIRPLANE WAS IN CRUISE WHEN THE NOISE AND ACFT MOVEMENT OCCURRED THROWING THE CABIN ATTENDANTS ACROSS THE CAB TO THE R SIDE. THE RPTR SAID THE FLT CREW WAS ADVISED OF THIS EVENT AND WERE UNAWARE OF THE UNWANTED MOTION. THE RPTR SAID THE FLT CREW CONTACTED THE MAINT CTLR AND DESCRIBED THE EVENT AND ADVISED TO ENTERE A LOGBOOK RPT. THE RPTR STATED ON ARRIVAL AT ZZZ THE AIRPLANE WAS TAKEN OUT OF SVC AND A STRESS TEST PERFORMED. THE RPTR SAID THE ACFT WAS PUT BACK INTO SVC THE NEXT DAY.
