Air carrier Y was issued 11000 ft. Air carrier X took this clearance and descended from the assigned altitude of 13000 ft. I missed this readback and the error wasn't caught until separation was lost. 13000 ft was reissued to air carrier Y.

Title: ZOB INSTRUCTOR AND TRAINEE MISS INCORRECT ACFT ALT READBACK WHICH RESULTS IN A LOSS OF SEPARATION.
Narrative: ACR Y WAS ISSUED 11000 FT. ACR X TOOK THIS CLRNC AND DSNDED FROM THE ASSIGNED ALT OF 13000 FT. I MISSED THIS READBACK AND THE ERROR WASN'T CAUGHT UNTIL SEPARATION WAS LOST. 13000 FT WAS REISSUED TO ACR Y.
