Narrative:
On oct/wed/01 around XA00 B737-200. This aircraft had just went through a 30 day check at facility in ZZZ. The plane was released for service, all job cards were closed and finished. The pilots were doing their walk around and found the nlg strut a little low. I told him that I would service it. Went and got the necessary maintenance manual and tools and the pilots went to the cockpit and I went to service the strut and just as I finished and completed the strut service per the maintenance manual and removed the equipment they started #1 and #2 engine and before I knew it they were rolling away and left the area. During the removal process of the strut servicing kit the rep of air carrier verified the security of the strut. And they left without me making a logbook entry.
