Narrative:
I was informed by the ZZZ tower that I had 'gotten too close' to the power plant and that I needed to call the TRACON. I am based at ZZZ locally. After landing I immediately called the TRACON and was informed of my actions. I gave the supervisor all my information and he then told me that a pilot deviation was going to be prepared against me. He also asked was I aware of the temporary NOTAM and I confirmed that I was, and that if there had been an error on my part it had been my attempt to visually discern a 10 NM distance from the power plant through dense haze.

Title: A C152 CFI PLT ENTERS THE NEWLY ESTABLISHED NO FLY ZONE/TEMPORARY FLT RESTR AREA NEAR A PWR PLANT AT ZZZ, US.
Narrative: I WAS INFORMED BY THE ZZZ TWR THAT I HAD 'GOTTEN TOO CLOSE' TO THE PWR PLANT AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL THE TRACON. I AM BASED AT ZZZ LOCALLY. AFTER LNDG I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE TRACON AND WAS INFORMED OF MY ACTIONS. I GAVE THE SUPVR ALL MY INFO AND HE THEN TOLD ME THAT A PLT DEVIATION WAS GOING TO BE PREPARED AGAINST ME. HE ALSO ASKED WAS I AWARE OF THE TEMPORARY NOTAM AND I CONFIRMED THAT I WAS, AND THAT IF THERE HAD BEEN AN ERROR ON MY PART IT HAD BEEN MY ATTEMPT TO VISUALLY DISCERN A 10 NM DISTANCE FROM THE PWR PLANT THROUGH DENSE HAZE.
