Narrative:
I flew out of airport at approximately XA45, dusk, on 11/thu/01. I was aware of the flight restrs and fully intended to avoid the area's class B and the nuclear power plant restr area. When I was over XXX VOR, I saw approximately four planes to the north or my left, so I started watching them and thought I should stay south. Then one of my kids had a problem in the back seat which distracted me. I finally realized that I had strayed too far south and was probably in the restr area above the ZZZ nuclear facility. I then turned north, but apparently it was too late because when I arrived at the ZZZ airport, a linesman came out and asked me if I had just came in from the west at 3000 ft, and if I had, I had to call the FAA because I was over the nuclear facility. I called the number and spoke to the man that I was supposed to talk to. I explained the above to him. He said he was going to use his discretion on this and they would drop or leave the incident be with no more action. However, I thought I should file this form. My future corrective actions shall be: do my best not to get distracted and keep my mind on the more important issue at hand, flying the plane and navigating properly.

Title: A BE33 PLT VIOLATED THE RESTR AIRSPACE AROUND A NUCLEAR PWR PLANT.
Narrative: I FLEW OUT OF ARPT AT APPROX XA45, DUSK, ON 11/THU/01. I WAS AWARE OF THE FLT RESTRS AND FULLY INTENDED TO AVOID THE AREA'S CLASS B AND THE NUCLEAR PWR PLANT RESTR AREA. WHEN I WAS OVER XXX VOR, I SAW APPROX FOUR PLANES TO THE N OR MY L, SO I STARTED WATCHING THEM AND THOUGHT I SHOULD STAY S. THEN ONE OF MY KIDS HAD A PROB IN THE BACK SEAT WHICH DISTRACTED ME. I FINALLY REALIZED THAT I HAD STRAYED TOO FAR S AND WAS PROBABLY IN THE RESTR AREA ABOVE THE ZZZ NUCLEAR FACILITY. I THEN TURNED N, BUT APPARENTLY IT WAS TOO LATE BECAUSE WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE ZZZ ARPT, A LINESMAN CAME OUT AND ASKED ME IF I HAD JUST CAME IN FROM THE W AT 3000 FT, AND IF I HAD, I HAD TO CALL THE FAA BECAUSE I WAS OVER THE NUCLEAR FACILITY.
