Narrative:

I was flying south VFR (approximately 170 degrees) at 7500 ft MSL, enroute to ZZZ. My intention was a practice approach to ILS runway. The sectional does not depict the site on my course and the NOTAM was inaccurate and misleading as to location. The NOTAM indicated the location to be 30 miles southwest of ZZZ. According to information from aviation website, it is located due west of ZZZ. After my practice approach, FSS informed me that I had flown through a tfr at 7500 ft MSL and asked for my name and address.
