Narrative:

2 aircraft on radar vectors. I was on position for almost 2 full hours working the morning inbound push. Air carrier X aircraft was sbound off mazie and the C750 on a 100 degree heading out of bunts. I handed the C750 to fv sector and switched him. I thought air carrier X was on a 200 degree heading at 7000 ft and aimed to pass behind the C750. The targets merged 15 mi northeast of phl and both were actually at 6000 ft.
