Narrative:
Air carrier X flight departed oma eastbound. The twin cessna was northbound at FL210. The air carrier X flight was assigned FL230 and looked like lateral separation would be maintained with the twin cessna. Separation was later lost.

Title: ZMP CTLR ASSUMES SEPARATION WILL EXIST BTWN AN ENRTE C414 AND A CLBING B752.
Narrative: ACR X FLT DEPARTED OMA EBOUND. THE TWIN CESSNA WAS NBOUND AT FL210. THE ACR X FLT WAS ASSIGNED FL230 AND LOOKED LIKE LATERAL SEPARATION WOULD BE MAINTAINED WITH THE TWIN CESSNA. SEPARATION WAS LATER LOST.
