Narrative:
On oct/wed/01 I received a briefing from the ZZZ FSS for a flight from ZZZ1 to ZZZ2 and from ZZZ2 to ZZZ. I discussed the tfr's with the briefer. The only one near my flight was the power plant listed southwest of the city. While on the phone with the briefer I located the power plant on the sectional and indicated I had found it. I mistakenly assumed the briefer knew whether the plant was on the chart. Unfortunately, I took this as confirmation of the location. Before takeoff from ZZZ2 I called for a briefing update from the ZZZ FSS and we discussed the tfr's. I indicated that I knew where the power plant was. I took off around XA30 and I arrived at ZZZ around XD00. A few days later while doing my expense report and filling out my logbook, I looked at a web site and noticed my previous flight was still displayed. Also displayed was all the tfr's that had been instituted while I was away. I was shocked to see my planned course intersected the power plant tfr. The actual location of the power plant tfr is not shown on the sectional. Assuming I was exactly on course I came to about 8 NM from the center of the 10 NM tfr. The 'wrong' power plant indicated on the chart is about 30 NM from the center. I do not blame the briefer, he was looking at the same flawed information available to everyone.

Title: INADVERTENT ENTRY INTO A TEMPORARY FLT RESTR AREA.
Narrative: ON OCT/WED/01 I RECEIVED A BRIEFING FROM THE ZZZ FSS FOR A FLT FROM ZZZ1 TO ZZZ2 AND FROM ZZZ2 TO ZZZ. I DISCUSSED THE TFR'S WITH THE BRIEFER. THE ONLY ONE NEAR MY FLT WAS THE POWER PLANT LISTED SW OF THE CITY. BEFORE TKOF FROM ZZZ2 I CALLED FOR A BRIEFING UPDATE FROM THE ZZZ FSS AND WE DISCUSSED THE TFR'S. I INDICATED THAT I KNEW WHERE THE POWER PLANT WAS. I TOOK OFF AROUND XA30 AND I ARRIVED AT ZZZ AROUND XD00. A FEW DAYS LATER WHILE DOING MY EXPENSE REPORT AND FILLING OUT MY LOGBOOK, I LOOKED AT A WEB SITE AND NOTICED MY PREVIOUS FLT WAS STILL DISPLAYED. ALSO DISPLAYED WAS ALL THE TFR'S THAT HAD BEEN INSTITUTED WHILE I WAS AWAY. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE MY PLANNED COURSE INTERSECTED THE PWR PLANT TFR. THE ACTUAL LOCATION OF THE PWR PLANT TFR IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SECTIONAL. ASSUMING I WAS EXACTLY ON COURSE I CAME TO ABOUT 8 NM FROM THE CTR OF THE 10 NM TFR. THE 'WRONG' POWER PLANT INDICATED ON THE CHART IS ABOUT 30 NM FROM THE CTR. I DO NOT BLAME THE BRIEFER, HE WAS LOOKING AT THE SAME FLAWED INFO AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE.
