Narrative:

Temporary flight restr airspace established 10 NM radius from power plants. NOTAM listed approximately distance and direction from nearby city (airport?). No latitude/longitude supplied to define exact location. Power plant not identified on sectional map. I estimated location from airport with same name. Later evaluation of accurate GPS derived track history indicated possible incursion approximately 1 NM within 10 SM limit. Why does FAA not list latitude/long coordinates to assist pilots in defining exact airspace affected? FAA also needs to make clear location relative true? Or magnetic north from specific location? Better definition of location needed (re latitude/long and/or DME/radial from nearby NAVAID).
