Narrative:
During our post-flight inspection, we bled the hydraulic system pressure and checked the accumulator. The LR60 has a thrust reverser and system accumulator both normally pre-charged to 850 psi. The gauges indicated around 1500 psi each. We had been monitoring the system closely for the past several days and this was the first time we had seen them that high. Maintenance was called out to correct the situation. The thrust reverser accumulator gauge was sticking and was replaced, but maintenance also said there was an over-pressure issue. We flew 3 legs that day with a 2 hour stopover at a maintenance base where we got several position lights replaced. We did not request or talk to anyone about servicing the accumulators. The normal pre-charge of 850 psi is at the top of the yellow arc on the gauges.

Title: A LEAR 60 RPTS THRUST REVERSER ACCUMULATOR SYS OVER-PRESSURE BUT IS NOT RPTED TO MAINT OR ENTERED IN LOGBOOK FOR CORRECTION.
Narrative: DURING OUR POST-FLT INSPECTION, WE BLED THE HYD SYS PRESSURE AND CHKED THE ACCUMULATOR. THE LR60 HAS A THRUST REVERSER AND SYS ACCUMULATOR BOTH NORMALLY PRE-CHARGED TO 850 PSI. THE GAUGES INDICATED AROUND 1500 PSI EACH. WE HAD BEEN MONITORING THE SYS CLOSELY FOR THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD SEEN THEM THAT HIGH. MAINT WAS CALLED OUT TO CORRECT THE SIT. THE THRUST REVERSER ACCUMULATOR GAUGE WAS STICKING AND WAS REPLACED, BUT MAINT ALSO SAID THERE WAS AN OVER-PRESSURE ISSUE. WE FLEW 3 LEGS THAT DAY WITH A 2 HR STOPOVER AT A MAINT BASE WHERE WE GOT SEVERAL POS LIGHTS REPLACED. WE DID NOT REQUEST OR TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT SVCING THE ACCUMULATORS. THE NORMAL PRE-CHARGE OF 850 PSI IS AT THE TOP OF THE YELLOW ARC ON THE GAUGES.
