Narrative:
I stayed at FBO before my flight to ZZZ airport. While there I used their WX services wsi system. I saw that it may be a VFR flight to ZZZ airport. I did notice the NOTAMS along the route, but I took it they were the same as previous flts to ZZZ airport. I knew the route rather well. I knew there was a prohibited area near my route. I had flown the route many times before, and knew how to avoid the prohibited area. I departed ZZZ1 airport early. I had asked for VFR flight following to ZZZ airport. Upon departing was asked to turn right on a 190 degree heading and climb to 4500 ft. Upon reaching ZZZ2 airspace departure terminated radar services. I figured they were busy, so I continued VFR on my own. I had the LORAN set to an intersection to avoid the prohibited area as usual. I noticed an aircraft on my 8 O'clock about 30 miles around 10000 ft. I noticed it was moving quickly to my 4 to 5 O'clock still 30 miles, 10000 ft. When I looked again, it was a little closer than before. At this time I knew I was near the prohibited area. I decided to monitor 121.5 in case I was being intercepted. A min after, I heard someone on 121.5 'civilian aircraft just west of ZZZ2 city acknowledge.' I then knew it was me. So, I acknowledged. Pilot asked me to switch to frequency. The pilot asked what heading am I on. 'I was on a 197 degree heading,' the pilot asked 'confirm you are at 4000 ft.' I said, 'negative I am at 4500 ft.' the pilot asked where is my destination. The pilots asked for my tail number and where did I departure from. 2 mins later he came up on my left wing and asked if I can see him. I said affirmative. 2 mins later he cleared me to ZZZ airport and frequency change is approved. I decided to call up approach and shoot an ILS approach to ZZZ airport. They had asked me to call. I called on the ground and gave my personal information. She told me I went through the prohibited area. She asked if I knew the prohibited area was extended 15 miles more west ward. I said no. She informed me that it was done at XA00 pm today. She then told me that I would be violated for my actions.

Title: A LIGHT CARGO ACFT IS INTERCEPTED BY A MIL ACFT WHEN IN PROX OF A POWER PLANT LISTED IN THE PUBLISHED TFR NEAR ZZZ, US.
Narrative: I STAYED AT FBO BEFORE MY FLT TO ZZZ ARPT. WHILE THERE I USED THEIR WX SVCS WSI SYSTEM. I SAW THAT IT MAY BE A VFR FLT TO ZZZ ARPT. I DID NOTICE THE NOTAMS ALONG THE RTE, BUT I TOOK IT THEY WERE THE SAME AS PREVIOUS FLTS TO ZZZ ARPT. I KNEW THE RTE RATHER WELL. I KNEW THERE WAS A PROHIBITED AREA NEAR MY RTE. I HAD FLOWN THE RTE MANY TIMES BEFORE, AND KNEW HOW TO AVOID THE PROHIBITED AREA. I DEPARTED ZZZ1 ARPT EARLY. I HAD ASKED FOR VFR FLT FOLLOWING TO ZZZ ARPT. UPON DEPARTING WAS ASKED TO TURN RIGHT ON A 190 DEG HDG AND CLB TO 4500 FT. UPON REACHING ZZZ2 AIRSPACE DEP TERMINATED RADAR SVCS. I FIGURED THEY WERE BUSY, SO I CONTINUED VFR ON MY OWN. I HAD THE LORAN SET TO AN INTXN TO AVOID THE PROHIBITED AREA AS USUAL. I NOTICED AN ACFT ON MY 8 O'CLOCK ABOUT 30 MILES AROUND 10000 FT. A MIN AFTER, I HEARD SOMEONE ON 121.5 'CIVILIAN ACFT JUST W OF ZZZ2 CITY ACKNOWLEDGE.' I THEN KNEW IT WAS ME. SO, I ACKNOWLEDGED. PLT ASKED ME TO SWITCH TO FREQ. THE PLT ASKED WHAT HDG AM I ON. 'I WAS ON A 197 DEG HDG,' THE PLT ASKED 'CONFIRM YOU ARE AT 4000 FT.' I SAID, 'NEGATIVE I AM AT 4500 FT.' THE PLT ASKED WHERE IS MY DEST. THE PLTS ASKED FOR MY TAIL NUMBER AND WHERE DID I DEP FROM. 2 MINS LATER HE CAME UP ON MY LEFT WING AND ASKED IF I CAN SEE HIM. I SAID AFFIRMATIVE. 2 MINS LATER HE CLRED ME TO ZZZ ARPT AND FREQ CHANGE IS APPROVED. I DECIDED TO CALL UP APCH AND SHOOT AN ILS APCH TO ZZZ ARPT. THEY HAD ASKED ME TO CALL. I CALLED ON THE GND AND GAVE MY PERSONAL INFO. SHE TOLD ME I WENT THROUGH THE PROHIBITED AREA. SHE ASKED IF I KNEW THE PROHIBITED AREA WAS EXTENDED 15 MILES MORE W WARD. I SAID NO. SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS DONE AT XA00 PM TODAY. SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE VIOLATED FOR MY ACTIONS.
