Narrative:
I planned a flight from my home base of ZZZ to ZZZ1, us. We pulled the flight briefing via computer. There was occasional moderate turbulence. We discussed the fact that we were spending more than an hour checking through all the regular and special NOTAMS in the briefing and also connecting to an aviation website to check for any late breaking flight restrs and their 'plain language' NOTAMS. We felt this was necessary because of the extreme volatility in the national airspace since the attacks of sep/tue/01. Most of my flying is to the south from X state so I have been most affected by the continuously changing general restrs, but also tfr's on sporting events, dams, and power stations. We took special note of the tfr's labeled X and Y because of our proposed route. The waypoint was required to stay as far away as possible from the class B and the ZZZ2 northwest of the class B. I tried to stay at least 5 NM away from any ZZZ2, unfortunately we did not know about the tfr associated with this. Upon landing at our lunch stop, ZZZ3, we were told to call ZZZ approach. Approach said there was a tfr around area X and that what they assumed to be our radar track had 'nicked' the 8 mi radius. My brother and I studied the downloaded WX briefing file and found it buried in 108 NOTAMS. There are just so many tfr's coming and going these days. Also the discussion about military aircraft made me think it pertained to them. I'm not sure we were actually in this one, but I would think anyone flying around the area VFR would be likely to go in it.

Title: PLT WAS ACCUSED OF VIOLATING A TFR AIRSPACE.
Narrative: I PLANNED A FLT FROM MY HOME BASE OF ZZZ TO ZZZ1, US. WE PULLED THE FLT BRIEFING VIA COMPUTER. THERE WAS OCCASIONAL MODERATE TURB. WE DISCUSSED THE FACT THAT WE WERE SPENDING MORE THAN AN HR CHKING THROUGH ALL THE REGULAR AND SPECIAL NOTAMS IN THE BRIEFING AND ALSO CONNECTING TO AN AVIATION WEBSITE TO CHK FOR ANY LATE BREAKING FLT RESTRS AND THEIR 'PLAIN LANGUAGE' NOTAMS. WE FELT THIS WAS NECESSARY BECAUSE OF THE EXTREME VOLATILITY IN THE NATL AIRSPACE SINCE THE ATTACKS OF SEP/TUE/01. MOST OF MY FLYING IS TO THE S FROM X STATE SO I HAVE BEEN MOST AFFECTED BY THE CONTINUOUSLY CHANGING GENERAL RESTRS, BUT ALSO TFR'S ON SPORTING EVENTS, DAMS, AND POWER STATIONS. WE TOOK SPECIAL NOTE OF THE TFR'S LABELED X AND Y BECAUSE OF OUR PROPOSED RTE. THE WAYPOINT WAS REQUIRED TO STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THE CLASS B AND THE ZZZ2 NW OF THE CLASS B. I TRIED TO STAY AT LEAST 5 NM AWAY FROM ANY ZZZ2, UNFORTUNATELY WE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE TFR ASSOCIATED WITH THIS. UPON LNDG AT OUR LUNCH STOP, ZZZ3, WE WERE TOLD TO CALL ZZZ APCH. APCH SAID THERE WAS A TFR AROUND AREA X AND THAT WHAT THEY ASSUMED TO BE OUR RADAR TRACK HAD 'NICKED' THE 8 MI RADIUS. MY BROTHER AND I STUDIED THE DOWNLOADED WX BRIEFING FILE AND FOUND IT BURIED IN 108 NOTAMS. THERE ARE JUST SO MANY TFR'S COMING AND GOING THESE DAYS. ALSO THE DISCUSSION ABOUT MIL ACFT MADE ME THINK IT PERTAINED TO THEM. I'M NOT SURE WE WERE ACTUALLY IN THIS ONE, BUT I WOULD THINK ANYONE FLYING AROUND THE AREA VFR WOULD BE LIKELY TO GO IN IT.
