Narrative:
The lineman from the FBO handed me a piece of paper with a phone number on it immediately after I shut down the engine. It read, 'call ZZZ1.' I called the number and the man that answered asked me what my name was and then told me to stand by. Next on the line a man named mr X idented himself as the manager of flight operations at ZZZ1. He then asked my tail number and name, address and telephone and day phone number. He then stated that I had violated tfr area at ZZZ2. I told him there was no way I was even close to the tfr area. He asked me where I was coming from and my direction of flight. I told him I departed ZZZ3 and flew direct to ZZZ1, utilizing my GPS which is en route and approach certified. I then asked what direction the aircraft was heading and what part of the tfr the aircraft violated the airspace. All he said was that the target plane was on a heading of 260 north degrees and clipped the edge of the tfr. I then told him that my path of flight was 292 degrees to 298 degrees almost all of the route. He then stated the wind must have blown me off course. I told him the winds were out of the north and if I were to be blown off course it would be away from the tfr since I was on the south side and nwbound to my destination. I then asked him why the tower was talking to the other aircraft ahead of me where they were going and where they were heading. His answer to the question was simply stated that the other aircraft were not involved. It had to be me. I told him it couldn't be me since I kept checking my nearest option of the GPS and did not pass closer than 25 NM to the center of the tfr. Also on the chart I told him I passed ZZZ5 over the center of the runway and at that time was 26 NM from the center of the tfr then proceeded to the south of ZZZ6 and south of ZZZ7, then direct to ZZZ4 from the southeast. He told me I was the only one that landed and he couldn't get any other information from the other aircraft and I would be notified by mail in 2 weeks. The phone conversation was then ended by mr X.

Title: PA28 PLT WAS ACCUSED OF VIOLATING TFR AIRSPACE BY A CTR SUPVR.
Narrative: THE LINEMAN FROM THE FBO HANDED ME A PIECE OF PAPER WITH A PHONE NUMBER ON IT IMMEDIATELY AFTER I SHUT DOWN THE ENG. IT READ, 'CALL ZZZ1.' I CALLED THE NUMBER AND THE MAN THAT ANSWERED ASKED ME WHAT MY NAME WAS AND THEN TOLD ME TO STAND BY. NEXT ON THE LINE A MAN NAMED MR X IDENTED HIMSELF AS THE MGR OF FLT OPS AT ZZZ1. HE THEN ASKED MY TAIL NUMBER AND NAME, ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE AND DAY PHONE NUMBER. HE THEN STATED THAT I HAD VIOLATED TFR AREA AT ZZZ2. I TOLD HIM THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS EVEN CLOSE TO THE TFR AREA. HE ASKED ME WHERE I WAS COMING FROM AND MY DIRECTION OF FLT. I TOLD HIM I DEPARTED ZZZ3 AND FLEW DIRECT TO ZZZ1, UTILIZING MY GPS WHICH IS ENRTE AND APCH CERTIFIED. I THEN ASKED WHAT DIRECTION THE ACFT WAS HDG AND WHAT PART OF THE TFR THE ACFT VIOLATED THE AIRSPACE. ALL HE SAID WAS THAT THE TARGET PLANE WAS ON A HDG OF 260 N DEGS AND CLIPPED THE EDGE OF THE TFR. I THEN TOLD HIM THAT MY PATH OF FLT WAS 292 DEGS TO 298 DEGS ALMOST ALL OF THE RTE. HE THEN STATED THE WIND MUST HAVE BLOWN ME OFF COURSE. I TOLD HIM THE WINDS WERE OUT OF THE N AND IF I WERE TO BE BLOWN OFF COURSE IT WOULD BE AWAY FROM THE TFR SINCE I WAS ON THE S SIDE AND NWBOUND TO MY DEST. I THEN ASKED HIM WHY THE TWR WAS TALKING TO THE OTHER ACFT AHEAD OF ME WHERE THEY WERE GOING AND WHERE THEY WERE HDG. HIS ANSWER TO THE QUESTION WAS SIMPLY STATED THAT THE OTHER ACFT WERE NOT INVOLVED. IT HAD TO BE ME. I TOLD HIM IT COULDN'T BE ME SINCE I KEPT CHKING MY NEAREST OPTION OF THE GPS AND DID NOT PASS CLOSER THAN 25 NM TO THE CTR OF THE TFR. ALSO ON THE CHART I TOLD HIM I PASSED ZZZ5 OVER THE CTR OF THE RWY AND AT THAT TIME WAS 26 NM FROM THE CTR OF THE TFR THEN PROCEEDED TO THE S OF ZZZ6 AND S OF ZZZ7, THEN DIRECT TO ZZZ4 FROM THE SE. HE TOLD ME I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT LANDED AND HE COULDN'T GET ANY OTHER INFO FROM THE OTHER ACFT AND I WOULD BE NOTIFIED BY MAIL IN 2 WKS. THE PHONE CONVERSATION WAS THEN ENDED BY MR X.
