Narrative:

Pre departure clearance gave us kennedy 9 departure, bridge NDB climb. At approximately 1500 ft MSL, tower switched us to ny departure and gave us the canarsie climb. First officer turned right to cri VOR. It took several attempts to reach departure controller on 135.9. When he called us, he gave us a 100 degree heading and said to increase rate of turn to greater than standard. He told us we were well inside someone else's airspace. Intercepted jfk 156 degree radial, no further problems. Contributing factors: ATC changed our climb clearance too late. Corrective action: could have asked tower for a heading at time of clearance change or we could have intercepted the cri 176 degree radial on initial heading instead of turning twd cri VOR. Talked with a jfk tower controller the following day. She said the bridge climb should not have been given due to the air carrier accident.

Title: JFK LC ISSUES CHANGE OF DEP TRANSITION JUST AFTER A B737 IS AIRBORNE AND SWITCHES THE ACFT TO N90 DEP CTLR, WHO ADVISES OF AN AIRSPACE INCURSION.

Narrative: PDC GAVE US KENNEDY 9 DEP, BRIDGE NDB CLIMB. AT APPROX 1500 FT MSL, TWR SWITCHED US TO NY DEP AND GAVE US THE CANARSIE CLIMB. FO TURNED RIGHT TO CRI VOR. IT TOOK SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH DEP CTLR ON 135.9. WHEN HE CALLED US, HE GAVE US A 100 DEG HEADING AND SAID TO INCREASE RATE OF TURN TO GREATER THAN STD. HE TOLD US WE WERE WELL INSIDE SOMEONE ELSE'S AIRSPACE. INTERCEPTED JFK 156 DEG RADIAL, NO FURTHER PROBS. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: ATC CHANGED OUR CLIMB CLRNC TOO LATE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: COULD HAVE ASKED TWR FOR A HEADING AT TIME OF CLRNC CHANGE OR WE COULD HAVE INTERCEPTED THE CRI 176 DEG RADIAL ON INITIAL HEADING INSTEAD OF TURNING TWD CRI VOR. TALKED WITH A JFK TWR CTLR THE FOLLOWING DAY. SHE SAID THE BRIDGE CLIMB SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GIVEN DUE TO THE ACR ACCIDENT.
