Narrative:
I was the #5 flight attendant. I was doing the first beverage service with flight attendant #6. I went to aft of aircraft to get tea and noticed flight attendant #4 was kneeling down talking to passenger and flight attendant #2 was taking cart back to galley. I asked what I could do to help, but flight attendant #4 was ok. I went back to cart to continue service. The purser asked me to take aed and grab and go to flight attendant #4 in case she needed it. The purser paged for a doctor and we had 2 on board. I continued to monitor cabin and do the service that could be done with flight attendant #6. The 2 doctors, flight attendant #4 and purser felt we should land. The passenger and crew did great. We landed in ZZZ1. Flight attendant #4 and purser did a great job.
