Narrative:
I was working the south arrival sector at phl approach. I vectored aircraft X toward pne (030 degree heading at 3000 ft). I noticed a conflict between aircraft X and another aircraft. The pilot stated that he had traffic aircraft Y. I issued a left turn to 270 degrees, and then a descent clearance to 2000 ft to avoid the traffic. Seconds later, aircraft X conflicted with another aircraft Z that was inbound to ttn. I then issued a left turn to 120 degrees.
