Narrative:
T38 en route to X68. Handoff to mco from ZJX. Multiple aircraft on V3 at 6000 ft, R2532, 34, 35 active. ZMA bairn sector would not accept handoff, dab approach would not approve 5000 ft. Aircraft was vectored 30 NM out of way to avoid airspace and 'potential' traffic at 5000 ft (did not exist). Why is dab approach working this airspace? It creates an unsafe condition.

Title: MCO CTLR DISTRESSED AT BEING UNABLE TO EFFECT HDOF OF X68 ARR TO ZMA OR DAB APCH, EVENTUALLY REQUIRED TO VECTOR AROUND R2532 BEFORE EFFECTING A HDOF.
Narrative: T38 ENRTE TO X68. HDOF TO MCO FROM ZJX. MULTIPLE ACFT ON V3 AT 6000 FT, R2532, 34, 35 ACTIVE. ZMA BAIRN SECTOR WOULD NOT ACCEPT HDOF, DAB APCH WOULD NOT APPROVE 5000 FT. ACFT WAS VECTORED 30 NM OUT OF WAY TO AVOID AIRSPACE AND 'POTENTIAL' TFC AT 5000 FT (DID NOT EXIST). WHY IS DAB APCH WORKING THIS AIRSPACE? IT CREATES AN UNSAFE CONDITION.
