Narrative:

At 13000 ft cabin altitude warning horn went off. The cabin was climbing at 1000 FPM. No automatic fail light on and the controller did not change to standby. Got a descent and manually switched to standby and the cabin came back under control.

Title: A B737-300 AT 13000 FT HAD CABIN PRESSURE WARNING HORN SOUND AND CABIN OBSERVED CLBING. NO AUTO FAIL LIGHT. CAUSED BY AUTO PRESSURE CTLR FAILURE.

Narrative: AT 13000 FT CABIN ALT WARNING HORN WENT OFF. THE CABIN WAS CLBING AT 1000 FPM. NO AUTO FAIL LIGHT ON AND THE CTLR DID NOT CHANGE TO STANDBY. GOT A DSCNT AND MANUALLY SWITCHED TO STANDBY AND THE CABIN CAME BACK UNDER CTL.
