Narrative:
After clean up, the battery charger light came on followed by the flight attendant reporting the cabin lights were out. We followed the red book abnormal for battery charger light on and elected to return to ZZZ. At gate arrival the ground service bus control circuit breaker was out. It is most likely that the captain's shoulder harness was released and caused this circuit breaker to pop because I don't release my harness until the aircraft is clean.
