Narrative:
During maintenance performed on aircraft YYYY horizontal stabilizer wiring I noticed the stabilizer autoplt and alternate motor wiring and stabilizer motor heater cap wiring was misrouted. The wiring was corrected. After review I cannot remember how aircraft XXX wiring was routed. At that time I contacted my manager, mr X.
