Narrative:
I had ILS runway 13L approach plate out (forgot to FLIP it over) when cleared ILS runway 13R at dal. We joined incorrect localizer. Tower caught we were lined up on wrong runway while we were still IMC and cleared to land runway 13L. Approach was very busy prior to handoff (we had just flown glenrose arrival and out fuz 064 degree radial). I'll have to make sure I have plate to right (correct runway) from now on. Supplemental information from acn 532928: wrong ILS frequency. Joined incorrect localizer. Tower caught line up. Approach very busy prior to handoff. Did not check frequency prior to joining. Glen rose arrival with quick descent. Told we would be vectored through localizer then quickly told to join. Should have checked frequency dialed in after request.
