Narrative:

On tipp-toe visual runway 28L in sfo, received TCASII RA approximately 900 ft AGL on final and went around. Had traffic in sight from approximately 20 mi out landing runway 28R (a B767). Received traffic alert approximately 1200 ft. Asked PF if still had traffic, which was behind and to the right -- reported yes. At 900 ft, received RA and traffic appeared left of centerline for runway 28R. Went around. All SOP's and FARS followed. Supplemental information from acn 532925: I had traffic in sight, so we continued the approach while configuring and slowing. Passing 1200 ft MSL on GS, TCASII gave a climb RA. The B767 appeared to be going through the runway 28R localizer course and was on a collision course, so I initiated a climb go around.
