Narrative:
Taxied slightly past hold short line, but not onto runway. There was no taxiway lights on that end of the ramp and even though visibility was good, I did not see the hold short line. Ramp needs better lighting.

Title: A PA32 PLT, TAXIING FOR TKOF AT BFM, TAXIED PAST THE HOLD SHORT LINE.
Narrative: TAXIED SLIGHTLY PAST HOLD SHORT LINE, BUT NOT ONTO RWY. THERE WAS NO TXWY LIGHTS ON THAT END OF THE RAMP AND EVEN THOUGH VISIBILITY WAS GOOD, I DID NOT SEE THE HOLD SHORT LINE. RAMP NEEDS BETTER LIGHTING.
