Narrative:
Climbing through FL240, experienced loss of cabin pressurization. Initiated emergency memory items and requested emergency descent form ZTL. Request granted immediately to descend to 11000 ft. Initiated emergency descent including turn per aircraft standard procedures. Later notified by center that our aircraft was with 20 seconds of an air carrier airliner at one point in descent. No visual contact. No known evasive maneuvers were necessary.

Title: A BE400 CREW, DEPARTING ATL, EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE CLBING THROUGH FL240, RETURNED TO ATL.
Narrative: CLBING THROUGH FL240, EXPERIENCED LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURIZATION. INITIATED EMER MEMORY ITEMS AND REQUESTED EMER DSCNT FORM ZTL. REQUEST GRANTED IMMEDIATELY TO DSND TO 11000 FT. INITIATED EMER DSCNT INCLUDING TURN PER ACFT STANDARD PROCS. LATER NOTIFIED BY CTR THAT OUR ACFT WAS WITH 20 SECONDS OF AN ACR AIRLINER AT ONE POINT IN DSCNT. NO VISUAL CONTACT. NO KNOWN EVASIVE MANEUVERS WERE NECESSARY.
