Narrative:
At san juan, ground control gave clearance to hold short of taxiway north. We were parked at GA ramp. We could see 'north' at runway 8. We taxied to hold short of 'north' and were called by ground to verify our clearance. We read back as cleared and were informed that we were already on taxiway north. There is no signage at the GA ramp. There is no taxi line at the GA ramp, and charts do not show taxiway north continuing into the GA ramp, or across the ramp at the parking area.

Narrative: AT SAN JUAN, GND CTL GAVE CLRNC TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY N. WE WERE PARKED AT GA RAMP. WE COULD SEE 'N' AT RWY 8. WE TAXIED TO HOLD SHORT OF 'N' AND WERE CALLED BY GND TO VERIFY OUR CLRNC. WE READ BACK AS CLRED AND WERE INFORMED THAT WE WERE ALREADY ON TXWY N. THERE IS NO SIGNAGE AT THE GA RAMP. THERE IS NO TAXI LINE AT THE GA RAMP, AND CHARTS DO NOT SHOW TXWY N CONTINUING INTO THE GA RAMP, OR ACROSS THE RAMP AT THE PARKING AREA.
