Narrative:

Noticed while being catered at forward galley that the galley truck engine plug was broken the entire circumference of the plug -- perhaps 30 or more breaks. I had crew chief stop caterer from inserting plug into rear engine, and had him confiscate the plug. By the looks of the condition of the engine plug, it probably has been broken for a yr or more. Unbelievable. Someone needs to inspect these plugs and change them when they become unsvcable. How many of these plugs are like this system-wide?
