Route las to ZZZ. Company filed hoover 1. Pre departure clearance showed change to WYLDD1. FMS already programmed. Wyldd fix on both departures. Failed to recognize change. Flew wyldd 121 degree radial cus toward pgs vice wyldd 086 degree radial cus to mosby. ZLA asked verification midway between wyldd and pgs, then cleared direct gup. Requested call to center. Called and spoke to shift supervisor. He advised no action -- too frequent occurrence -- discussed possible fixes to scenario.
