Narrative:
I was test flying a BE33. A mechanic was in the airplane with me. I did a test flight at about XA00 after which I landed at ZZZ and rigging adjustments were made to the airplane. I took off again about XC00. The airplane still was not right, slightly dropping a wing, so we landed at ZZZ1 where a small adjustment was made. We departed ZZZ1 back to ZZZ. I was cleared to land. I talked to the mechanic and told him that I was at gear speed. At that time I put the landing gear handle in the down position (the mechanic observed this). On short final approach, I checked for a green light and I recall that I had the green. I proceeded on in to land. I was at flap speed. I lowered flaps to 10 degrees only because of crosswind. In the flare, power was reduced for landing and no audible alarm sounded to indicate a problem with the landing gear. I noticed we should have touched down and at that time I heard a scraping sound. I applied full power and started to climb. I looked at the landing gear handle, it was down and I had a green light. I cycled the gear and flaps up. At this time I was able to hold altitude. I made right traffic pattern for runway. On final approach, I lowered the landing gear, I had a green light. Over the end of the runway, I lowered and landed. Time at landing was approximately XC40.

Title: BE33 PLT DID NOT HAVE LNDG GEAR DOWN FOR LNDG.
Narrative: I WAS TEST FLYING A BE33. A MECH WAS IN THE AIRPLANE WITH ME. I DID A TEST FLT AT ABOUT XA00 AFTER WHICH I LANDED AT ZZZ AND RIGGING ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE TO THE AIRPLANE. I TOOK OFF AGAIN ABOUT XC00. THE AIRPLANE STILL WAS NOT RIGHT, SLIGHTLY DROPPING A WING, SO WE LANDED AT ZZZ1 WHERE A SMALL ADJUSTMENT WAS MADE. WE DEPARTED ZZZ1 BACK TO ZZZ. I WAS CLRED TO LAND. I TALKED TO THE MECH AND TOLD HIM THAT I WAS AT GEAR SPD. AT THAT TIME I PUT THE LNDG GEAR HANDLE IN THE DOWN POS (THE MECH OBSERVED THIS). ON SHORT FINAL APCH, I CHKED FOR A GREEN LIGHT AND I RECALL THAT I HAD THE GREEN. I PROCEEDED ON IN TO LAND. I WAS AT FLAP SPD. I LOWERED FLAPS TO 10 DEGS ONLY BECAUSE OF XWIND. IN THE FLARE, PWR WAS REDUCED FOR LNDG AND NO AUDIBLE ALARM SOUNDED TO INDICATE A PROB WITH THE LNDG GEAR. I NOTICED WE SHOULD HAVE TOUCHED DOWN AND AT THAT TIME I HEARD A SCRAPING SOUND. I APPLIED FULL PWR AND STARTED TO CLB. I LOOKED AT THE LNDG GEAR HANDLE, IT WAS DOWN AND I HAD A GREEN LIGHT. I CYCLED THE GEAR AND FLAPS UP. AT THIS TIME I WAS ABLE TO HOLD ALT. I MADE R TFC PATTERN FOR RWY. ON FINAL APCH, I LOWERED THE LNDG GEAR, I HAD A GREEN LIGHT. OVER THE END OF THE RWY, I LOWERED AND LANDED. TIME AT LNDG WAS APPROX XC40.
