Narrative:
Passenger seated next to wing came to galley to inform us (flight attendants) that he'd seen a 'crack' on the left wing. We immediately informed captain who told us that he'd been informed by uio tower that we had blown a tire upon takeoff. Mins later, the first officer came out in the cabin to check the 'crack.' he said it was not anything serious. Flight went normal. Captain later on informed us that we'd land in mia with a blown tire and to mentally prepare to use slides, even though he thought it wouldn't be necessary. We reseated a few abled passenger close to our exits just in case. We landed in mia (perfectly smooth landing!) without any incidents. We saw fire and police rescue car surrounding our aircraft. Cockpit did a fabulous job communicating with us and landing the aircraft safely on the ground. Our crew was excellent. Our flight attendants coordinated every call to captain and kept passenger reassured at all times.

Title: PAX RPTS A CRACK ON THE WING. TURNS OUT TO BE NOTHING BUT A TIRE FAILED ON TKOF. THE CREW ELECTED TO GO ON TO DEST. AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG WAS MADE.
Narrative: PAX SEATED NEXT TO WING CAME TO GALLEY TO INFORM US (FLT ATTENDANTS) THAT HE'D SEEN A 'CRACK' ON THE L WING. WE IMMEDIATELY INFORMED CAPT WHO TOLD US THAT HE'D BEEN INFORMED BY UIO TWR THAT WE HAD BLOWN A TIRE UPON TKOF. MINS LATER, THE FO CAME OUT IN THE CABIN TO CHK THE 'CRACK.' HE SAID IT WAS NOT ANYTHING SERIOUS. FLT WENT NORMAL. CAPT LATER ON INFORMED US THAT WE'D LAND IN MIA WITH A BLOWN TIRE AND TO MENTALLY PREPARE TO USE SLIDES, EVEN THOUGH HE THOUGHT IT WOULDN'T BE NECESSARY. WE RESEATED A FEW ABLED PAX CLOSE TO OUR EXITS JUST IN CASE. WE LANDED IN MIA (PERFECTLY SMOOTH LNDG!) WITHOUT ANY INCIDENTS. WE SAW FIRE AND POLICE RESCUE CAR SURROUNDING OUR ACFT.
