Narrative:
Lost electrical power to vors and onboard GPS at night. Was troubleshooting while flying over fog bank with limited surface visibility at night. Might have strayed into ont class C airspace or bracket class D airspace until recognizing landmarks and turning to southeast magnetic course. Recycled both master and radio master and power restored to GPS and vors. Flew to cno and landed. Have had electrical problem with this aircraft before but was repaired and returned to service.
