Narrative:
The controller told us to expect a tight right turn to mxe VOR at 500 ft AGL. We immediately began a tight right turn towards mxe, and were handed off to departure. ATC gave us another vector continuing our right turn yet further. Suddenly, our TCASII warned us of incoming traffic coming our way. 'Traffic, traffic' alert was almost followed immediately by 'climb, climb' RA. We flew over an airbus A330, who had taken off on runway 27L in philadelphia.

Narrative: THE CTLR TOLD US TO EXPECT A TIGHT R TURN TO MXE VOR AT 500 FT AGL. WE IMMEDIATELY BEGAN A TIGHT R TURN TOWARDS MXE, AND WERE HANDED OFF TO DEP. ATC GAVE US ANOTHER VECTOR CONTINUING OUR R TURN YET FURTHER. SUDDENLY, OUR TCASII WARNED US OF INCOMING TFC COMING OUR WAY. 'TFC, TFC' ALERT WAS ALMOST FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY BY 'CLB, CLB' RA. WE FLEW OVER AN AIRBUS A330, WHO HAD TAKEN OFF ON RWY 27L IN PHILADELPHIA.
