Narrative:
Ground control advised us after clearing runway 21L to taxi on taxiway C, hold short of runway 21R. I acknowledged this and proceeded to taxi west on taxiway C. As I approached runway 21R, I was distraction by passenger questions and stopped over the line placing the nose of the aircraft in the active right-of-way. This incident was partially caused by the fact that runway 21R does not cross taxiway C on the airport surface chart. It shows it as a taxiway, not a runway. (Note: see commercial chart for luk.) also, if they are going to use a runway extended area as active runway, then it should require additional markings.

Title: EXECUTIVE TURBOPROP PLT FAILED TO STOP BACK OF THE RWY HOLD SHORT LINE DURING TAXI IN DUE TO BEING DISTR BY PAX QUESTIONS.
Narrative: GND CTL ADVISED US AFTER CLRING RWY 21L TO TAXI ON TXWY C, HOLD SHORT OF RWY 21R. I ACKNOWLEDGED THIS AND PROCEEDED TO TAXI W ON TXWY C. AS I APCHED RWY 21R, I WAS DISTR BY PAX QUESTIONS AND STOPPED OVER THE LINE PLACING THE NOSE OF THE ACFT IN THE ACTIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THIS INCIDENT WAS PARTIALLY CAUSED BY THE FACT THAT RWY 21R DOES NOT CROSS TXWY C ON THE ARPT SURFACE CHART. IT SHOWS IT AS A TXWY, NOT A RWY. (NOTE: SEE COMMERCIAL CHART FOR LUK.) ALSO, IF THEY ARE GOING TO USE A RWY EXTENDED AREA AS ACTIVE RWY, THEN IT SHOULD REQUIRE ADDITIONAL MARKINGS.
