Narrative:

Ground control advised us after clearing runway 21L to taxi on taxiway C, hold short of runway 21R. I acknowledged this and proceeded to taxi west on taxiway C. As I approached runway 21R, I was distraction by passenger questions and stopped over the line placing the nose of the aircraft in the active right-of-way. This incident was partially caused by the fact that runway 21R does not cross taxiway C on the airport surface chart. It shows it as a taxiway, not a runway. (Note: see commercial chart for luk.) also, if they are going to use a runway extended area as active runway, then it should require additional markings.
