Narrative:
On taxi out, used follow-me car out to taxiway west at W4. We discontinued follow-me car when asked. Were told to taxi to CAT III hold bar at wb, which we did. Now were told to taxi and hold short of CAT III hold bar at taxiway G. All 3 crew members' had commercial chart dated jan/fri/02 shows the CAT III hold bar on taxiway G after turning 90 degrees from taxiway west. We in fact crossed the CAT III hold bar expecting to see another one on taxiway G. Ground told us to stop by using their surface movement radar. No separation was lost. We did not cross the threshold of runway 35L. Confusion was caused by having more than 1 CAT III hold line for the runway, and that the hold line is printed in the wrong location on our airport diagram. We also noted upon further taxi to takeoff runway 35R that the CAT III hold bar on the east side of runway 35L is also not properly depicted. After departure, we contacted our dispatch and a NOTAM was issued for the improper depiction on our airport diagram page for mxp.

WE DID NOT CROSS THE THRESHOLD OF RWY 35L. CONFUSION WAS CAUSED BY HAVING MORE THAN 1 CAT III HOLD LINE FOR THE RWY, AND THAT THE HOLD LINE IS PRINTED IN THE WRONG LOCATION ON OUR ARPT DIAGRAM. WE ALSO NOTED UPON FURTHER TAXI TO TKOF RWY 35R THAT THE CAT III HOLD BAR ON THE E SIDE OF RWY 35L IS ALSO NOT PROPERLY DEPICTED. AFTER DEP, WE CONTACTED OUR DISPATCH AND A NOTAM WAS ISSUED FOR THE IMPROPER DEPICTION ON OUR ARPT DIAGRAM PAGE FOR MXP.
