Narrative:
Landing in chs, runway 15, calm winds. Just when we were about to touch down, flew into a jetblast from the right. There is a military base on the airport. A call later to the base revealed that an C-17 was doing run-ups on the ramp. After pulling in to the gate, we did a postflt inspection and found that the right wingtip had some damage under the right wing. There was no warning, ATIS or anything else. We never saw the other aircraft but it was obvious what it was. Not sure, but I think the FAA is calling it an incident.
