Narrative:
At 36 mi nne of cys, at FL370, encountered a mountain wave that put us 6 KTS into the overspd zone of aircraft for approximately 2-3 seconds. Airspeed went from +15 KTS to -20 KTS. Autoplt disconnected and autothrust taken off after 2-3 seconds of overspd. Operations returned to normal with minor speed fluctuations. Seatbelt sign was already on and flight attendants were seated.
