Narrative:

Left hydraulic system failed during cruise with loss of all quantity and pressure. Abnormal checklist was completed and descent, approach, and landing were normal. After landing, left thrust reverser would not stow so APU was started to back up right engine generator, and left engine was shut down. Taxi to the gate was slowed by traffic, gate personnel and confusing gate markings. During delay, cockpit became warm and APU air was unintentionally turned on. 10 mins later, after right engine shutdown, aircraft cabin started to fill with fumes. Air conditioning was turned off and fumes stopped.
