Narrative:
#1 flight attendant has all the information. On this particular person, all the knowledge I have is he was foreign, spoke no english, so each disruption that happened we had to stop our service and go get the #4 flight attendant who was our foreign language speaker and try to make him understand what he was doing. (So far as smoking in the lavatory.) for some reason it did not sink in. This is a 5 hour flight. He said he either was in rehabilitation or going into it. His brother gave him the pass. Passenger in xy was a laid off flight attendant for us and said he caused problems in san juan as well.
