Narrative:

On climb out runway 9 approximately 300 ft AGL, flight attendant 'a' reported smoke in the cabin. Captain said to return to bos for landing. I briefed the flight attendant she had approximately 5 mins to prepare the cabin for landing. We told ATC of our intentions and he vectored us for an ILS runway 4R. We prepared the cockpit and ran the smoke in the cabin checklist, but because of time I only got through shutting off the recirculation fan. An acm in the cabin confirmed with the flight attendants it was air conditioning smoke. It began to dissipate on final. We ran all checks and landed after declaring an emergency with tower. Crash fire rescue equipment equipment met the aircraft and followed us to the gate. All passenger were deplaned. 1 female had a seizure and had to be assisted by rescue personnel.
