Narrative:
On takeoff, moved flaps from 15 degrees to 5 degrees at V2+20, when vertical velocity indicator went to 4000 ft (updraft) and speed decreased to V2. Disconnect autothrottles to get full power and told first officer to reduce pitch.

Narrative: ON TKOF, MOVED FLAPS FROM 15 DEGS TO 5 DEGS AT V2+20, WHEN VERT VELOCITY INDICATOR WENT TO 4000 FT (UPDRAFT) AND SPD DECREASED TO V2. DISCONNECT AUTOTHROTTLES TO GET FULL PWR AND TOLD FO TO REDUCE PITCH.
