Narrative:
After a delay east of vrb, I was 'cleared to land' runway 29L. At approximately 1 mi final, controller cleared other aircraft 'cleared for takeoff runway 29L.' forced me to abort landing, then cleared me to land runway 29R. While climbing in right turn, conflicted with another aircraft which was entering from the north for runway 29R. This is not an isolated case. Sits like this have become too common and we have observed conflicts involving aircraft from longeze to C340.

Title: LANCAIR ES PLT EXPERIENCED ATCT LCL CTLR HANDLING PROBS AND HAD AN NMAC AT VRB.
Narrative: AFTER A DELAY E OF VRB, I WAS 'CLRED TO LAND' RWY 29L. AT APPROX 1 MI FINAL, CTLR CLRED OTHER ACFT 'CLRED FOR TKOF RWY 29L.' FORCED ME TO ABORT LNDG, THEN CLRED ME TO LAND RWY 29R.
