Narrative:
I was on a visual approach to land on runway 29 at oak. Conditions were VMC. I landed on runway 29 and then noted that I had not changed frequencys on the FLIP/flop selector on the radio. I had preselected the tower frequency and was ready to go to ground frequency when I realized that I had landed without talking to tower. Bay approach had not handed me off to tower and I had flat forgot. I switched to tower and tendered my apologies. The controller said not to worry about it, she had given me the green light to land. I was the only one on approach at the time and air traffic was very light there were no departures prior to my landing. Contributing factors to this little screw-up were most specifically fatigue. It had been a long stressful day and I had been sleeping poorly. I was also preoccupied tracking the ILS. I am so ashamed of myself. I guess we all make mistakes -- some of them pretty dumb.

Title: C208 PLT LANDED, FAILED TO CONTACT TWR AND LWOC. THE TWR GAVE A GREEN LIGHT SIGNAL WHICH RPTR DID NOT SEE.
Narrative: I WAS ON A VISUAL APCH TO LAND ON RWY 29 AT OAK. CONDITIONS WERE VMC. I LANDED ON RWY 29 AND THEN NOTED THAT I HAD NOT CHANGED FREQS ON THE FLIP/FLOP SELECTOR ON THE RADIO. I SWITCHED TO TWR AND TENDERED MY APOLOGIES. THE CTLR SAID NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT, SHE HAD GIVEN ME THE GREEN LIGHT TO LAND.
