Narrative:

I didn't see what really happened. I just know that the agent made a PA telling the passenger that the airplane was OTS after a long delay. I was in the back galley waiting for the mid-cabin passenger to deplane. When I walked to the front I saw the #1 flight attendant crying and she told me that a first class passenger pointed his finger on her face and screamed at her calling her a liar, among other things! I just know that the agent called the police and he was denied board on our flight.

Narrative: I DIDN'T SEE WHAT REALLY HAPPENED. I JUST KNOW THAT THE AGENT MADE A PA TELLING THE PAX THAT THE AIRPLANE WAS OTS AFTER A LONG DELAY. I WAS IN THE BACK GALLEY WAITING FOR THE MID-CABIN PAX TO DEPLANE. WHEN I WALKED TO THE FRONT I SAW THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT CRYING AND SHE TOLD ME THAT A FIRST CLASS PAX POINTED HIS FINGER ON HER FACE AND SCREAMED AT HER CALLING HER A LIAR, AMONG OTHER THINGS! I JUST KNOW THAT THE AGENT CALLED THE POLICE AND HE WAS DENIED BOARD ON OUR FLT.
