Narrative:

Due to the performance landing requirement we needed runway 4L. Runway 4L was unavailable, due to departures only ILS not sterile erratic on approach low fuel realigned for runway 4R, landed. With pittsburgh as alternate would have been low fuel at pit. Fully loaded maximum payload due to anti-skid penalty needed runway 4L poor WX reporting runway 4L close to below on approach resulted in low fuel and no choices. Don't take off in this situation. Knew anti-skid worked need idiot light. Flew into box canyon with situation needed VFR day backup idiot light out for anti-skid had no choice but low fuel.

KNEW ANTI-SKID WORKED NEED IDIOT LIGHT. FLEW INTO BOX CANYON WITH SIT NEEDED VFR DAY BACKUP IDIOT LIGHT OUT FOR ANTI-SKID HAD NO CHOICE BUT LOW FUEL.
